I’ve had many consulting opportunities over the last 25 years.
I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the best supermarkets in the world. Despite Bread Alone’s success, I remain ambitious and entrepreneurial and am continually looking for ways to bake better bread. I’m a bit particular about the projects I engage in but love working with other bakers around the world.
