I’ve had many consulting opportunities over the last 25 years.

I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the best supermarkets in the world. Despite Bread Alone’s success, I remain ambitious and entrepreneurial and am continually looking for ways to bake better bread. I’m a bit particular about the projects I engage in but love working with other bakers around the world.

Consulting offerings

I prefer long-term consulting engagements that really allow me to help a company grow. I also have partner consultants: Didier Rosada (lifelong baker) and Richard Wilkes (equipment and bakery design). I have long relationships with leading baking equipment manufacturers and ingredient suppliers around the world.
